Working Principle
Powdered materials for granulation are fed into the fluid bed. Cold air passes through the primary and secondary filters and enters the rear heating chamber, where it is heated to the required temperature. The air then enters the fluid bed, where the material fluidizes under the action of the induced draft fan. The binder for granulation is delivered via a liquid pump to the dual-fluid atomizer, sprayed onto the fluidized material. The powder agglomerates into granules and grows as the moisture evaporates and is exhausted by the fan.
