Performance Description
 

1.The machine adopts rotary gate device system to realize the precount function so that the machine can compress the time for filled bottles releasing. The program is optimized to get higher speed of a single funnel.

 

2.CCDcounting machine adopts open feeding channel, which can directly observe the state of the material in the falling process.Thus the machine can applied to tablets, capsules, transparent or colored softgels and special-shaped tablets.

 

3.The machine is equipped with 6 linear vibrators for feeding. The feeding is smooth, even and fast.Meanwhile, the feeders avoids the problem that the vibratory plate is so wide that the rigidity is not enough and the feeding is not even. The vibrators and the vibratory plates are connected by cylinders so that it is easy to disassembled for cleaning.

 

4.In the normal production process, the machine would halt automatically when the bottles are not adequate or the bottles fall down or the bottles is blocking. Then the touch screen will show the corresponding warning messages and causes. After the faults are cleared, the machine will continue normal production process. During the troubleshooting process, the production data and parameters are not needed to be changed.

 

5.Adopt linear CCD camera and high speedARM processor, count accurately. The counting sensors dispense with manual adjustment.

6.The machine has the function of plain tablet dust prevention. When the customer uses the plain tablet with a lot of dust, the three-stage isobaric dust suction device on the machine will remove the dust in the process of material falling. At the same time, the use of CCD camera, through the light imaging, can automatically dimming the light source, and the program algorithm perfect combination, can automatically increase the brightness of the light source with the increase of dust; On the other side, because the CCD image machine away from the dust generation, not easy to pollute.

7.The machine is equipped with dust extraction assembly. When the product is dusty, the extraction assembly can remove the dust during feeding on the vibratory plates. At the same time, the CCD camera, through the light to imaging, can automatically dimming the light source, and the program algorithm perfect combination, with the increase of dust and automatically increase the brightness of the light source; On the other side, because the CCD camera is far away from the dust, it is not easy to pollute

8.The vibratory funnels assembly can solve the tablets jam problem in the bottle mouth and the vibratory frequency can be adjusted. When the funnels fall down, the funnel can cover the bottle mouth and keep vibrating during filling process
