Product Description

1. It has a wide range of applications, and can be used in the pharmaceutical, health care products, and food industries to count various granular materials such as round tablets, special-shaped tablets, capsules, transparent soft capsules, pills and other solid granules automatically and accurately into containers;
2. The filling speed is fast. This machine equipped with 16 counting channels and 2 channels, filling speed reaches 20~60 bottles/min;
3. The accuracy rate is as high as 1 bottle ± 1 capsule per thousand bottles, which is much higher than the national standard of 1 bottle ± 1 capsule per 100 bottles.
4. Equipped with international advanced man-machine interface which is easy to operate and control.
5. According to GMP standards, the parts in contact with material are made of SUS 304 stainless steel, and the exterior parts are made of AISI304 stainless steel. Easy to disassemble, easy to clean and maintain.
