Product Description

1. PTP-83 High-Speed Tablet Press machine is equipped with our most advanced technic which has bigger diameter, it can install 83 punch units at most, double feeding and double discharging, which would increase the production greatly. The maximum production is 796800 tablet/h.

2. It is controlled by touch screen, operation without hand wheels which achieves automatic production.

3. Electrical control cabinet is separate from main machine, the electric control area is separated with the product area, which increase the security and hygienic coefficient.
 

4. The drive system of the lower main press roller is changed to the motor and reducer to directly which improves the adjustment accuracy and operation.
 

5. The encoder is used to adjust the position of the metering guide rail, with high adjustment accuracy and fast response speed.
 

6. Replace the original lower flange counting method with the spindle encoder, with high precision and easy installation.
 

7. The glass doors have better assemble method, the appearance is more smooth, without dead angle.
 

8. It use two different lubrication device. The upper punches use dry oil lubrication, reduce the thin oil's splatter during high-speed production, and guarantee the medical tablet's security production.
 

9. It uses worm gear, the module of worm gear is 12.5, guarantee the big loading operating more stable.
 

10. The machine adopts an advanced handwheel-free operating system, which can realize the automatic setting and parameter adjustment of the main pressure, pre-pressure, filling and translation functions, and reduce the labor intensity of no-operation and operators. The control system is a digital display and the controller works synchronously, making tablet production easy and simple. Reduce the risk of human error.
