Product Description

Tablet press machine's working procedures are included several processes, as filling, dosing, pre compress, main compress, molding, discharging, etc. Upper and lower punch is moving along with cam track from left to right, driven by turret unit rotation. When punches arrive at filling part, upper punches raise to avoid the forced feeder, at the same time, lower punch go down by the effect of filling cam track, and there is a empty chamber with negative pressure in the die bore; powder and granules enter the empty chamber through the paddle stirring in forced feeder; when the lower punch arrive the lowest point of filling cam track, there is over powder filling in the die bore. The turret is keep moving, when lower punch pass the dosing cam track, it raises gradually, and push the redundant powder out of the die bore; because there is much powder inside the feeder, with the paddle stirring, so when the powder inside die bore is pushing out, those powder is also being a compressed process, and finish the powder dosing process. Dosing cam track's highest level is horizontal plane, where the lower punch keep horizontal moving statement, the scraper plate of power scraping device will scrape the redundant powder & granules on

die's upper surface, to keep the filled powder volume in each die bores are same. To avoid the powder inside the die bores eject out, there is cover plate after the scraper plate; before die bore moving out of cover plate, the lower punch goes down 2mm, driven by lower punch protect cam track, so the powder height inside the die bore is also going down 2mm, to keep the powder inside the die bores, and avoid powder throw out because of the high linear speed; after die bore move out of cover plate, the upper punch enter the die bore step by step, and compact the powder inside the die bore, lower punch and upper punch are compound die; during this procedure, powder leaking volume is very little and powder filling volume won't change. When tooling passes the pre roller, it finishes the pre roller movement; then it continues passes the main roller, and finishes the compound movement; finally it passes the discharging cam track, upper punch raises, lower punch pushes upper, and push the compressed tablet out; tablet enter the discharging device, one tablet compressed procedure is finished.
