Product Description

Overview of Processes:
The tablet press machine's working procedures consist of several key processes, including filling, dosing, pre-compression, main compression, molding, and discharging. The upper and lower punches move along a cam track from left to right, driven by the rotation of the turret unit.

Filling Process:

Upper punches raise to avoid the forced feeder.
Lower punch descends due to the filling cam track, creating an empty chamber with negative pressure in the die bore.
Powder and granules enter the empty chamber through a paddle stirring in the forced feeder.
Over powder filling occurs when the lower punch reaches the lowest point of the filling cam track.

Dosing Process:

As the turret continues moving, the lower punch passes the dosing cam track, gradually rising and pushing redundant powder out of the die bore.
The powder inside the die bore undergoes compression due to the paddle stirring, completing the powder dosing process.

Scraping and Powder Height Adjustment:

The dosing cam track's highest level is a horizontal plane, where the scraper plate of a powder scraping device removes redundant powder and granules from the die's upper surface.
A cover plate prevents powder ejection from the die bores.
Before the die bore moves out of the cover plate, the lower punch descends 2mm, reducing the powder height inside the die bore to prevent ejection due to high linear speed.

Compression Process:

After the die bore moves out of the cover plate, the upper punch enters the die bore step by step, compacting the powder inside.
The lower punch and upper punch work together as a compound die, minimizing powder leakage and maintaining consistent filling volume.

Finishing and Discharging:

The tooling passes the pre-roller and main roller, completing their respective movements.
It then passes the discharging cam track, where the upper punch raises, the lower punch pushes up, and the compressed tablet is discharged into the discharging device, completing one tablet compression procedure.
