Product Description

Introduction to the performance of caps loader

It is used to realize the process of supplying bottle caps to the capping machine in an orderly manner. It is suitable for all types of rotating screw caps and anti-theft caps.
1.Using variable frequency high-speed control, the speed is stepless and high-speed;
2.It adopts L-shaped chain plate inclined upper cover, which has fast cover speed, low noise and wide application range;
3.The cover is made of stainless steel AISI304 material and complies with GMP requirements;
4.Automatic cap sorting and cap dropping. When the position sensor detects that the bottle cap reaches the preset height, the capping machine automatically stops running. When the bottle cap is lower than the preset height, the machine automatically runs.
5.The machine uses a bottle cap lever and a movable stop bar to prevent the bottle cap from being squeezed while ensuring the cap rate.
6.Adopt double center deviation type reverse cap removal device to effectively remove reverse caps.

Introduction to the performance of the capping part

1.It adopts linear connection locking method, which has high production efficiency and wide application range. It is suitable for all kinds of rotating threaded caps, anti-theft caps and pressure screw caps;
2.It is composed of two motors directly driving the bottle clamping synchronous belt and a total of 6 motors and 3 sets of direct driving capping wheels. The capping wheel can bounce within a certain angle, and the sequential tightening method is used to lock the cap reliably;

3.The sliding cover mechanism and capping belt mechanism improve the positive cover rate and are made of AISI304 stainless steel;

4.There is a detection device after screwing the cap to automatically reject bottles without aluminum in the cap, as well as bottles with crooked caps and no caps.
